One Piece Paramount War (OP-02) Booster Box 24 Packs [English]

Paramount War (OP02) launched on March 10, 2023 and centers on the epic Marineford arc (known as the Summit or Paramount War).
Thematic focus: This set features the Marineford (Summit War) saga, depicting the clash between Whitebeards pirates and the Navy. Expect lots of Whitebeard Pirates (Whitebeard/Edward Newgate, Ace, Jozu, Marco), Marines (Admiral Akainu Sakazuki, Kizaru, Aokiji, Garp, Sengoku, Smoker), and Impel Down escapees (Luffy in his prison outfit, Ivankov, Magellan, etc.). OP02 cards can be a great addition to the Navy themed Absolute Justice Starter Deck ST-06.
Notable Cards: This set introduces a new set of leaders: Edward Whitebeard Newgate (Red) a powerful Red Leader with 6 Life but a downside of taking end-of-turn damage; Smoker (Black) one of the first Black Leaders, focusing on KO effects; Emporio Ivankov (Blue) to create an Impel Down deck; Magellan (Purple); Monkey D. Garp (Red/Black), Zephyr (Purple/Black) and Sanji (Green/Blue). This set introduced the new card color Black (for Navy cards) into the game. OP02 also introduces the first 9-cost character with 10,000 power Edward Newgate.
Chase Cards: The crown jewel of OP02 is the Manga Ace an alternate-art Secret Rare Portgas D. Ace card featuring manga artwork of Aces final stand. This Manga Rare Ace is an iconic (and expensive) pull, comparable to OP01s manga Shanks in collector value. Another highly prized card is Edward Newgate Alt-Art Leader, showcasing Whitebeard in stunning artwork. With the introduction of Black, the Smoker Alt-Art Leader and Sakazuki Alt-Art were hot pulls for those building Navy decks.
Relevance Today: OP02 cards had a big impact on the meta. Whitebeards Leader ability created a popular Whitebeard Pirates deck that remained competitive for several set releases. Black color decks (focused on Marines) became viable thanks to OP02s card pool, and Blue Ivankov deck emerged using OP02s Impel Down cards. Many OP02 cards (like Marco and Jozu for Whitebeard decks, Sakazuki for Navy) are staples in their respective archetypes even now. As one of the first sets, it also holds great collector’s value.
Set Composition: 121 card types (8 Leaders, 45 Commons, 30 Uncommons, 26 Rares, 10 Super Rares, 2 Secrets).
Pack & Box Details: English packs contain 12 cards each, and a booster box has 24 packs. This standard pack/box format applies to all OP-series boosters.
